Terms of Service

Spillmark is operated by Cantein, LLC, based in Monterey, California, USA. These terms cover the Spillmark website, the free calculators, and the public tools at spillmark.com/agents. Questions can be sent to hello@spillmark.com.

The free calculators and the public agent tools need no account. They run the numbers you enter and explain Spillmark's method. They do not connect to your Amazon, Meta, or Shopify accounts, and they do not move money or change ads. A result is an estimate from the inputs you provide, not advice to spend a particular amount.

If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity under it and for keeping your sign-in secure. A paid plan is billed by Stripe under the plan you choose. You can delete your brand and its data from Settings.

Don't misuse the site or the public tools: no attempts to break in, overload the service, or use them to harm someone else. We may limit or block use that does.
